Relative Clauses (The man who came...)
Relative clauses digunakan untuk memberikan informasi tambahan tentang seseorang atau sesuatu dalam sebuah kalimat. Relative clause dimulai dengan kata penghubung seperti who, which, that, dan where. Clause ini menghubungkan dua kalimat menjadi satu kalimat yang lebih informatif.
Structure:

Notes:
- Who digunakan untuk orang: The man who helped me.
- Which digunakan untuk benda atau hewan: The phone which I bought.
- That bisa digunakan untuk orang atau benda (lebih informal): The girl that sings / The car that I like.
- Where digunakan untuk tempat: The city where I was born.
- Relative clause biasanya langsung mengikuti kata benda yang dijelaskan.
- Relative clause tidak bisa berdiri sendiri, tapi menyatu dengan kalimat utama.
- Terkadang relative pronoun bisa dihilangkan jika berfungsi sebagai objek: The book (that) I bought.

- I found the book that you lost.
- The car which is parked outside is mine.
